I am Dr. Amita Talati, a psychiatrist in private practice in Voorhees, NJ.
Each of the four week’s of the JoyfulMind Reset Program, I begin with a story of what inspired me to pursue a holistic approach to medicine and later the passion to write this program.
Joyful Mind Reset is broken down into 4 weeks. You will receive weekly program information that you can follow. It is further broken up into daily slides and/or transcripts.
There is a meditation sent every week which you can practice for 3-5 minutes daily that week. At times there is an activity included that will help you.
If anyone wants to change their life the right way, this is the way to do it, from the inside, out. Medication helps but I would recommend this program to anyone as you will be changing your mind, body and soul.
It’s broken down in daily bits over a period of a month. So it’s easy to take in. It covers all angles. You can be more in charge of your total wellbeing. This is a life changing approach!
I truly enjoyed the Joyful Mind Reset program. I find the content to be informative, easy to follow, logical, interesting, and motivational. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in a holistic approach to overall health and wellbeing, and find it’s easy to incorporate the program into daily life.
This is exactly what I need. When I was on vacation, I was not eating healthy and I didn’t realize this was most likely the reason for my asthma exacerbation starting about 3 days into my vacation. I contacted my pulmonologist and was instructed to take 60 mg prednisone daily until I got home or improved. He and I both felt there was some allergen present in my environment triggering the wheezing, but it wasn’t so easily identifiable. Then … on Joyful Mind Reset … (I) quickly realized what the issue was – my diet! I was eating wheat bread, deli meats and cheeses – things I have a known allergy to, but don’t usually consume in large (daily) quantities so they aren’t usually an issue. I actually had to stay in the condo for 2 days and was unable to go to the beach or pool or even dinner because of how short of breath I was. I am totally committed to these 28 days and so excited to see the change in my mood, energy level and overall physical health including my asthma! My grocery list is done and I’m on my way!
The program is for a fixed time, which I liked.
Help with both meditation and diet is extremely helpful!
